What's the difference between Qrone Enterprise and Qrone for individuals?

Qrone Enterprise is a tailored set of features designed specifically with businesses in mind. As a company admin, you'll be able to set up generic information about your company, create a master profile template and invite your team. Your team will be able to use Qrone as normal, but their contacts will also appear as a connection in the company account, and their profiles will follow the master template and include company information that you set up.
What is a master profile?

Your Qrone Enterprise master profile is the primary account for your business. It's used to manage your organisation's default details, which will be shared by all team members, as well as to assign profiles, order cards, and view your team's collected contacts.
How much does Qrone Enterprise cost?

Qrone Enterprise is available for £2.49 per user/month. This drops to £1.99 per user/month for teams of 10 or more. Pricing excludes VAT. You can sign up for a free 30 day trial of Qrone Enterprise by clicking here.
How do I order Qrone NFC cards for my team?

Once you have created your account, you will have access to the Card Designer. Here you can choose from our range of designs and customisation options. Discounts are also available for orders of 2 or more cards.
Can I remove a team member if someone leaves?

You can remove a team member from your account by clicking on the "Remove" button in the team member's profile. You can detach or freeze a team member. Detaching allows the user to continue using Qrone as a free user - however, they will take all of their contacts with them and you'll lose oversight of their activity. Freezing a team member means the user won't be able to log in or use Qrone, but you'll retain their contacts.
I'm Admin for my Organisation, how do I access my individual profile?

You can easily switch from Organisation mode to Personal mode (and vice-versa) via de top-right corner drop-down menu of the Qrone web platform.
How do invite team members into my Organisation's Qrone Enterprise account?

First, you need to ensure that you are in the Organisation mode. Then please go to the Team Members folder (left-hand side menu). There you can easily add in the email addresses of the team members you want to invite. Press the "Invite" button and you're all set!
How do I sync my Qrone contacts with my CRM?

First, you need to ensure that you are in the Organisation mode (as explained above). Then please select "Integrations" from the top-right drop-down menu. All relevant instructions are in there. As an individual, you can integrate directly with Microsoft Outlook and Google Contacts. Please ensure you are in the Personal mode. You should see on/off toggles for these integrations directly from the top-right drop-down menu of the Qrone web platform.
I want to delete/replace certain information that is showing up in every single profile, but the relevant fields are not editable

This is probably because those fields contain corporate-level data that has been added in to your Company Profile. In order to alter or delete these fields you first need to ensure that you are in the Organisation mode (as explained above). Then please select "Company info" from the left-hand side menu. You'll then be able to edit all corporate-level information. Just hover the cursor over the intended field and click on the "pen" icon.
