Qrone Refund & Returns Policy

At Qrone, we take pride in crafting high-quality, personalized NFC cards. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a no-returns policy for non-faulty items. However, if your product has a manifest fault, we offer a full refund or a replacement to ensure your satisfaction.

  1. 1. Faulty or Defective Items

    If your NFC card arrives with a manifest fault - such as engraving errors, NFC chip malfunctions, or visible defects - you are eligible for:

    A full refund

    OR

    A free replacement

    To process your request, please email support@qrone.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including:

    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

    Our team will review your case and promptly provide a resolution.

  2. 2. Non-Faulty Items - No Returns Policy

    Since all Qrone NFC cards are personalized and engraved to order, we do not accept returns for non-faulty items. Each card is uniquely crafted for you, making it ineligible for resale or reuse.

  3. 3. Order Cancellations & Changes

    As our production process begins immediately after an order is placed, we cannot accept cancellations or changes once your order is confirmed. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
